We are delighted to invite you to Bulwar Restaurant, where we have been celebrating the autumn goose season for years.

Goose is deeply rooted in the culinary traditions of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian region. As always, we ensure the highest quality by sourcing our goose directly from the Kołuda farm. The White Kołuda Goose is one of the finest breeds in Poland, known for its exceptional taste and nutritional value. The goose season runs from late September and early October until supplies last, with its peak on November 11th, St. Martin's Day.
 

At our restaurant, you can enjoy goose dishes starting from October. Our menu offers:

• a seasonal salad with pulled goose, caramelized walnuts in honey, grapes, and blue cheese,
• warming goose broth with homemade noodles,
• tender goose leg on pumpkin puree, served with cranberries and herb-infused beets.

We also recommend pairing our goose dishes with exquisite red wines from our exceptional wine list. At Bulwar Restaurant, we have a fantastic invention for vacuum sealing bottles—Le Verre de Vin (still the only one in Toruń). This allows opened wines to stay fresh longer, so you can sample various wines by the glass and personally decide which one pairs best with your goose dish. We recommend starting your tasting with the velvety 3 Figer Jack Old Vine Zinfandel. It pairs perfectly with goose dishes. You should also try our amazing blend, La Linda Smart Blend Mendoza, which combines Cabernet, Syrah, and Tannat grapes. If you’re a fan of sweeter flavors and aromas, you will surely be delighted by the Gnarly Head 1924 Bourbon Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon. A truly pleasurable experience is guaranteed!
 
What more can we say? For dessert, enjoy our skillet apple pie (with gingerbread crumble, of course) or lavender crème brûlée with plum. Bon appétit!
