How to spend Easter in a (not-so-big) city? The city of Copernicus attracts with its beauty and charm. Of course, as with any holiday, not all places will be open, but we have prepared a package full of experiences for you. - Of course, we recommend leisurely walks among the Gothic walls. On one hand, we burn off those winter calories, and on the other, we delight our eyes and hearts, as Toruń's Gothic architecture is a unique experience. The world-class level of architecture is confirmed not only by its inclusion on the UNESCO World Heritage List but also by numerous textbooks. Gothic churches with unique details, the Gothic town hall with its observation tower, Gothic tenement houses, walls, and cellars... It's truly beautiful, no doubt about it.
- If you're in the mood for a breath of truly fresh air, a trip to the Barbarka Forest just outside Toruń is the perfect solution. You can get there by public transport (or your own vehicle), and once there, you'll find educational trails of varying lengths. Everyone will find something for themselves, and those interested can expand their knowledge of nature through informative boards. Meanwhile, at Hotel Bulwar, we’re currently showcasing photos from the Barbarka forest, as well as the Przysieckie Ponds, which you can reach from Barbarka (it's a longer route, so plan to spend most of the day).
