Over a year ago, we designed a unique wine menu. Connoisseurs enjoy, savor, and offer their compliments, while those less familiar are wide-eyed with surprise and gladly take guidance from the staff on how to navigate it. And there you have it—something for everyone. The menu’s structure is based both on regions (you can select your favorite from the map) and on grape varieties, meaning flavors and aromas.Everyone can choose what they like best. And if someone doesn’t yet know their preferences, we invite them to explore our wide selection of wines by the glass. There are over 20 options, and we can offer this variety thanks in part to using Le Verre de Vin, an innovative system also used by the famous Copenhagen restaurant Noma. This device allows bottles to be vacuum-sealed, preserving the wine’s excellent quality for longer periods.
Meanwhile, the wine menu features hidden gems and true treasures. Behind each bottle lie the passion of winemakers, years of hard work, and fascinating stories. Also at play is the expertise and passion of our in-house expert, a proud holder of the prestigious WSET Level 3 certification (with distinction) from the international Wine & Spirits Education Trust. He personally selected each wine.

On that day, the so-called "Judgment of Paris" took place. But instead of choosing the most beautiful goddess, the competition was about selecting the best wines. The most prestigious wineries from Burgundy and Bordeaux faced off against nearly unknown Californian wineries.
In a "blind" tasting conducted by some of the top wine experts of the time, the unexpected winner was the 1973 Cabernet Sauvignon from Stag's Leap Wine Cellars in Napa Valley, California.
